Our team are all highly trained and we pride ourselves on the quality of work that we deliver. Our CHAS and Safe Contractors accreditation as well as being an active member of Constructionline, demonstrates our robust Health and Safety processes. We have a range of both in house and external Health and Safety specialists as well as clinical staff working alongside our project managers to ensure that we deliver for our NHS and Patients.

Our Skills
Here at Deanway we have a range of specialist tradesmen and women. Our skills include: Carpentry, plumbing, electrics, cladding and flooring and painting and decorating.
We also offer a range of bespoke IPS solutions.
Who We Are
Dean Carter - Managing Director
Dean founded Deanway construction Ltd in 2002. He has successfully led the company to become a well-established organisation, contracting essential building and maintenance services within the healthcare setting.
Dean’s Focus is to develop key working relationships and partnerships to ensure transformational developments across a range of Hospitals and public sector sites.
Joanna Carter - Operations Director
Joanna completed her BSC Honours degree in Nursing and has had a successful career in both Nursing and NHS Management. Over the last seven years she has been the Chief Executive of a local Charity. She has now joined Deanway Construction to develop internal processes and control and to lead on recruitment and development.
Joanna is responsible for day-to-day operations and the delivery of high quality standards
Danny Chamberlain - Site Manager
Danny Joined Deanway in 2016. He has a wealth of experience after developing and running his own Business. He joined Deanway to be part of an already successful team and brings his practical building experience.
Danny is an experienced site manager and team leader and ensures the delivery of high quality work in a timely way.
Benjamin Carter - Business Support Officer
Ben joined Deanway after the completion of his A levels. He joined with a passion to develop his skills in Business management.
Ben is currently learning all aspects of effectively managing a business and is taking a particular interest in Health and Safety.
